At the end of 2023, Solar Solve saw the end of an era. Carl Johnson, our dedicated Operations Manager ‘hung up his boots’ and retired.
Carl worked for the business for over 20 years. He was instrumental in working with the team and owners (change of ownership in 2022) to build the business into what it is today.
As with many SME’s, Carl had to wear a lot of hats. He was the face of Solar Solve and primary contact for our wide customer base. Both in attending meetings, trade shows and on the end of the phone, our customers responded well to his professional ‘can do’ attitude. In addition, Carl was responsible for running the team. There is a great team spirit at Solar Solve and the team responded with consistent performance.

As a business, we are incredibly proud of our achievements and thank Carl for his loyal service and contribution to the business.
As is the way in life, with one door closing, another one opens. We are excited to announce that Mark Weatherburn has been promoted to Operations Manager. Reporting to the Solar Solve Managing Director, Martin Saunders, Mark brings years of experience and an in-depth knowledge of the business.
We are sure Mark will make a big impact on the business as we look to achieve our objectives and work with the team and our customer base to continue the success of Solar Solve.
