Many readers I am sure, will empathise with the statement “Getting customer feedback is very difficult.”
It is no different here at Solar Solve but we do average two a week so we have some success.
The contents of the one received today, from an inspector with a German containership owner, are in line with just about every feed-back form that is returned, advising that the goods were received undamaged and on time with no parts missing and that everything about the products, processing, service and delivery was very good.
For the question asking how we can improve our service the respondent wrote, ‘nothing, all perfect’.
Customer comments like that are what makes all of the extra care and attention that our whole team put into every order, so worthwhile.
