Once per month we send out a Survey Monkey link to a customer questionnaire to gain valuable feedback from clients on their experience when they placed an order an order with us.
We are pleased to report that the results show that out of a maximum score of 5, we are maintaining an average of 4.9 across a range of characteristics. Well, nobody’s perfect…
So, for our service, product and delivery we are scoring near perfect results which has to be considered excellent.
