Celebrity Cruises Installs SOLASOLV® Sunscreens
Solar Solve Marine, the British manufacturer of SOLASOLV® anti-glare, heat-rejecting roller screens and ROLASOLV® fabric roller blinds for Celebrity Millennium, has won a contract to supply 20 SOLASOLV® roller screens for the navigation bridge windows of the cruise ship.
Celebrity Millennium is operated by Celebrity Cruises, a brand under Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd (RCCL), one of the largest cruise line operators globally. The vessel measures 294 meters in length, accommodates 2,138 passengers with nearly 1,000 crew, and sails on international itineraries including Alaska and Asia. The ship was scheduled for a major refit in February 2019 as part of the Celebrity Revolution fleetwide modernization project.
