As always on the lead up to the festive season, Solar Solve have been kept busy with orders for a variety of screens and blinds. So much so that like the last few years, Julie, our Managing Director, has once again helped out in the factory. This time though Julie wasn’t helping in the parts preparation area, she was using her sewing machine to stitch almost 100 fabric roller blinds that were on their merry way to a shipyard in South Korea. This is because we had received an urgent order for our ROLASOLV fabric blinds and the customer had requested a stitched bottom rail – something none of our current Production team have ever done, in fact it is something we haven’t done since Julie was just starting out at Solar Solve some 25 years ago! As usual the team pulled together and I am delighted to say that all of our orders have been dispatched on time, maintaining our target of 100% for the year. Well done to all involved!
