Office

Martin Saunders
Managing Director

Our ship's captain is Martin, who oversees the daily operations of Rivertrace and Solar Solve, as well as guides the two businesses' strategic direction. In addition to his role overseeing the two businesses, Martin is also a passionate sports enthusiast. He enjoys playing golf and football.

Mark Weatherburn
Operations Manager

Mark has worked for the company since August 2006 and oversees the day-to-day running operations and the quality and type approval sides of the business.

Gillian Lovering
Commercial Manager

Gillian plays a critical role in bridging our sales and engineering teams. She focuses on developing custom project enquiries, managing all product approvals and certifications, and leading our marketing efforts. Gillian enjoys spending time outside, hiking with her dog or unwinding in a beer garden during her free time.

Lisa Louzado
Business Support Manager and PA to the MD

Lisa's main responsibilities are centred around our HSE, QA, and ICT systems, as well as supporting the rest of the business with anything needed to ensure smooth operations. When not working, Lisa can be found spending time with her two girls or enjoying a glass of prosecco.

Paul Hopkins
Marketing Manager

Paul has worked for the Solar Solve since September 2001 and oversees the marketing function of the business which includes website, the CRM system as well as IT integration.

Ian Ratcliffe
Production Technician & IT Support

Ian has worked for Solar Solve since August 2005 and now works mainly the office producing quotes and orders.

Lilly Spottiswood
Sales Administrator

Lilly is responsible for all pre and post sales activities.

Michelle Ray
Business Support Coordinator

Michelle is responsible for the back-office functions, including QA and H&S.

Production

Jamie Ellwood
Workshop Manager

Jamie has worked for Solar Solve since September 2003 and heads up the team in the production department which manufacturers and dispatches all the orders that make their way through the business.

Adam Reilly
Supervisor

Adam has worked for the company since September 2003 and helps with the Rivertrace side of the business.

Krystopher Short
Supervisor

Krys has worked for the company since January 2006 and helps with the Rivertrace side of the business. In Jamie’s absence he heads up the team in the production department for Solar Solve.
